We check income, credit, rental history, and background. We contact your previous landlords directly — not just the references you list.

Approved or not, we notify every applicant of the outcome. If approved, we’ll reach out to discuss next steps and move-in timing.

Sign & Move In

Sign your lease, pay your security deposit and first month’s rent, complete your move-in inspection, and get your keys.
